The 89th Jayanthi celebrations of His Holiness Pujya Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal commenced at Chetsingh Fort on Shivala Ghat near Shankar Math, Hanumanghat, Varanasi with Rigveda Samhita Havan and Chaturveda Parayanam. The programme commenced in the divine presence of His Holiness. The programme is being conducted in association with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. The Havans can be viewed in Kamakoti TV and YouTube channel.
Cultural programmes are being held everyday in the evening.
